Claire's background is in Technology; she is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with over eight years experience. She has worked in the Private and Public sectors including Health Service, Banking and Television some of which have been mission critical environments.

She is an experienced Consultant, Manager and can efficiently support Microsoft Operating Systems including Back Office products, Storage Area Networks Servers, Desktops, Telephone Systems and Printers.

Claire has excellent interpersonal skills allowing her to converse with people at their level of technical knowledge - if any at all!

Her fondness for gadgets has been demonstrated on channels such as QVC.

Combining her knowledge, quick thinking and lively personality allows her to confidently turn what can be a dry subject into something entertaining and informative making her ideal for the corporate market.
